Flow cytometric analysis of CD86 expression on Rhesus macaque Macaca mulatta peripheral blood monocytes. Rhesus whole blood was either stained with PE Mouse Anti-Human CD86 Cat. No. 555658/557344/560957; solid line histogram or PE Mouse IgG1 kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 555650; dashed line histogram . Erythrocytes were lysed with BD Pharm Lyse Lysing Buffer Cat. No. 555899 . Fluorescent histograms were derived from gated events with the side and forward light-scattering characteristics of viable monocytes. Flow cytometry was performed on a BD FACScan system.
