Description
Flow cytometric analysis of EGF Receptor expression on human epidermoid carcinoma cells. A-431 cells ATCC CRL-1555 were stained with PE Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 554680; dashed line histogram or PE Mouse Anti-Human EGF Receptor antibody Cat. No. 566778; solid line histogram at 0.5 mug/test. The fluorescence histogram showing EGF Receptor expression or Isotype control staining was derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable cells. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using a BD FACSCelesta Cytometer System and FlowJo software. Data shown on this Technical Data Sheet are not lot specific.
