Description

Two-color flow cytometric analysis of GPR56 expression on peripheral blood lymphocytes. Whole blood was stained with APC Mouse Anti-Human CD56 Cat. No. 555518 and either PE Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 554680; Left Plot or PE Mouse Anti-Human GPR56 Cat. No. 567212/567213; Right Plot . Erythrocytes were lysed with BD Pharm Lyse Lysing Buffer Cat. No. 555899 . The pseudocolor dot plots showing either GPR56 or Ig isotype control staining versus CD56 were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable lymphocytes. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using a BD Celesta Cell Analyzer System and FlowJo software. Data shown on this Technical Data Sheet are not lot specific.
