Multicolor flow cytometric analysis of IRF8 expression in human peripheral blood mononuclear cells PBMCs . PBMCs were stained with FITC Mouse Anti-Human CD19 antibody Cat. No. 555412/560994; Top Plots and BD Horizon BV421 Mouse Anti-Human CD123 Cat. No. 562517/565928; Bottom Plots antibodies. They were then fixed and permeabilized using the BD Pharmingen Transcription Factor Buffer Set Cat. No. 562574/562725 followed by staining with either PE Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 559320; Left Plots or PE Mouse Anti-Human IRF8 antibody Cat. No. 566373; Right Plots at 0.06 mug/test. Two-color flow cytometric contour plots showing the correlated expression of CD19 or CD123 versus IRF8 or Ig Isotype control staining were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact lymphocytes. Flow cytometric analysis was performed using a BD LSRFortessa X-20 Cell Analyzer System Flow Cytometer System. Data shown on this Technical Data Sheet are not lot specific.
