Flow cytometric analysis of OX40 Ligand CD252 on human peripheral blood mononuclear cells PBMC . PBMCs were stimulated with PHA and pre-incubated with recombinant OX40 ligand. They were then stained with either PE Mouse Anti-Human OX40 Ligand CD252 Cat. No. 558164, bold line histogram or PE Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 555749, thin line histogram . Flouresence histograms were derived from gated events with the side and forward light-scatter characteristics of viable lymphocytes.
