Description

Flow cytometric analysis of Transferrin R CD71 expression on activated human peripheral blood mononuclear cells PBMC . Human PBMC were stimulated for 3 days with Phytohemagglutinin PHA . The cells were harvested, preincubated with Human BD Fc Block Cat. No. 564219/564220 , and then stained with either PE Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 554680; dashed line histogram or PE Mouse Anti-Human Transferrin R CD71 antibody Cat. No. 566722/566723; solid line histogram . BD Via-Probe Cell Viability 7-AAD Solution Cat. No. 555815/555816 was added to cells right before analysis. The fluorescence histogram showing CD71 expression or Ig Isotype control staining was derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable 7-AAD-negative activated human peripheral mononuclear cells. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using a BD FACSCelesta Flow Cytometer System and FlowJo software.
