Multicolor flow cytometric analysis of CD198 CCR8 expression on Mouse thymocytes. C57BL/6 Mouse thymocytes were preincubated with Purified Rat Anti-Mouse CD16/CD32 antibody Mouse BD Fc Block Cat. No. 553142 . The cells were then stained with APC Rat Anti-Mouse CD4 Cat No. 553051 and with either PE Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 554680; Left Plot or PE Mouse Anti-Mouse CD198 CCR8 antibody Cat. No. 571903/571904; Right Plot at 1 mug/test. DAPI Solution Cat. No. 564907 was added to cells right before analysis. The bivariate pseudocolor density plot showing the correlated expression of CD198 CCR8 or Ig Isotype control staining versus CD4 was derived from gated events with the forward and side light- scatter characteristics of viable DAPI-negative thymocytes.
