The bivariate pseudocolor density plots showing the correlated expression of CD369 Clec7a or Ig isotype control staining versus Ly-6G were derived from gated events with the forward and side-light scatter characteristics of viable leucocyte populations. Bottom plots - CD369 Clec 7a expression on Mouse peritoneal exudate cells PEC : BALB/c Panel 1 and C57BL/6 Panel 2 mouse thioglycolate-elicited PEC cells. were harvested and pre-incubated with Purified Rat Anti-Mouse CD16/CD32 antibody Mouse BD Fc Block Cat.
