Multicolor flow cytometric analysis of SLAMF9 expression by Mouse splenic plasmacytoid dendritic cells. No. 553062 , FITC Rat Anti-Mouse CD19 Cat. No. 553785 , BUV395 Rat Anti-Mouse CD45R/B220 Cat. No. 563793 , BD OptiBuild R718 Rat Anti-Mouse CD317 BST2 Cat. No. 752140 antibodies, and with either PE Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 349043; Left Plot or PE Mouse Anti-Mouse SLAMF9 antibody Cat. No. 568279; Right Plot at 1 mug/test. The pseudocolor density plot showing the correlated expression of SLAMF9 or Ig Isotype control staining versus CD317 BST2 was derived by progressive gating on B220/CD45R+ Lineage-negative cells CD33-CD19- with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable splenic leucocytes.
