Flow cytometric analysis of CD132 expression on human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Whole blood was stained with either PE Rat Anti-Human CD132 Cat. No. 555898; solid line histogram or PE Rat IgG2b, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 555848; dashed line histogram . Erythrocytes were lysed with BD Pharm Lyse Lysing Buffer Cat. No. 349202 . Fluorescent histograms depicting CD132 or Ig isotype expression were derived from gated events with the side and forward light-scattering characteristics of viable lymphocytes.
