Description

Flow cytometric analysis of CD140a expression on mouse fibroblast NIH/3T3 cells. Fresh NIH/3T3 cells were stained with either PE Rat anti-Mouse CD140a antibody Cat. No. 562776, solid line histogram or PE Rat IgG2a, k Isotype Control Cat. No. 555844, dashed line histogram . The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable cells.
