Multi-parameter flow cytometric analysis of CD181 CXCR1 expression on mouse blood neutrophils left and middle panel . Mouse blood cells were stained simultaneously with APC Rat Anti-Mouse Ly-6G antibody Cat. No. 560599 , BD Horizon BV421 Rat Anti-Mouse CD11b antibody Cat. No. 562605 , and either PE Rat IgG2b, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 555848 or PE Rat Anti-Mouse CD181 CXCR1 antibody Cat. No. 566383 at 0.5 mug/test. Erythrocytes were then lysed with BD Pharm Lyse Lysing Buffer Cat. No. 555899 . The left panel displays two-color flow cytometric plots showing the correlated expression patterns of CD11b versus Ly-6G from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable cells.
