Flow cytometric analysis of CD193 CCR3 expression on Mouse bone marrow cells. C57BL/6 Mouse bone marrow leukocytes were preincubated with Purified Rat Anti-Mouse CD16/CD32 antibody Mouse BD Fc Block Cat. No. 553142 . The cells were then stained with APC Rat Anti-Mouse Ly-6G and Ly-6C antibody Cat No. 553129 and with either PE Rat IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 554685; Left Plot or PE Rat Anti-Mouse CD193 CCR3 antibody Cat. No. 572244; Right Plot at 0.5 mug/test. DAPI Solution Cat. No. 564907 was added to cells right before analysis. The bivariate pseudocolor density plot showing the correlated expression of CD193 CCR3 or Ig Isotype control staining versus Ly-6G and Ly-6C was derived from gated events with the forward and side light- scatter characteristics of viable DAPI-negative cells.
