Description

Two-color flow cytometric analysis of CCR9 expression on mouse thymocytes. C57BL/6 mouse thymocytes were preincubated with Purified Rat Anti-Mouse CD16/CD32 antibody Mouse BD Fc Block Cat. No. 553141/553142 . The cells were then stained with APC Rat Anti-Mouse CD8a antibody Cat No. 557682 and with either PE Rat IgG2a, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 553930; Left Plot or PE Rat Anti-Mouse CD199 CCR9 antibody Cat. No. 568359; Right Plot at 1 mug/test.
