Multicolor flow cytometric analysis of CD20 expression on mouse splenocytes. Mouse splenocytes from C57BL/6 mice were preincubated with Mouse BD Fc Block Cat. No. 553141/553142 . Cells were stained with APC Rat Anti-Mouse CD45R/B220 antibody Cat No. 553092/561880 and either PE Rat IgG2a, kappa Isotype Control Cat No. 553930, Left Plot or PE Rat Anti-Mouse CD20 antibody Cat No. 567250; Right Plot at 0.5 ug/test. The bivariate pseudocolor density plots showing correlated expression of CD20 or Ig Isotype control staining versus CD45R/B220 signal were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable mouse splenocytes.
