Multiparameter flow cytometric analysis of CD7 expression on Mouse splenic leukocytes and thymocytes. Panel 1: C57BL/6 Mouse splenocytes were preincubated with Purified Rat Anti-Mouse CD16/CD32 antibody Mouse BD Fc Block Cat. No. 553142 . The cells were stained with APC Hamster Anti-Mouse CD3e Cat No. 553066; Top Plots , BD Horizon BUV395 Mouse Anti-Mouse CD161b,c NK-1.1 Cat No. 564144; Bottom Plots and either PE Rat IgG2a, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 553930; Left Plots or PE Rat Anti-Mouse CD7 Cat. No. 572628/572629; Right Plots at 0.5 mug/test. DAPI Solution Cat. No. 564907 was added to cells right before analysis. Pseudocolor density plots showing the correlated expression of CD7 or Ig Isotype control staining versus CD3e or NK-1.1 were derived from gated events with the forward and side light- scatter characteristics of viable DAPI-negative splenocytes. Panel 2: C57BL/6 Mouse thymocytes were preincubated with Purified Rat Anti-Mouse CD16/CD32 antibody Mouse BD Fc Block . The cells were stained with BD OptiBuild BV421 Rat Anti-Mouse CD4 Cat.
