Flow cytometric analysis of TREML4 expression on Mouse splenic leucocytes. C57BL/6 Mouse spleen cells were treated with BD Pharm Lyse Lysing Buffer Cat. No. 555899 to lyse erythrocytes, washed, and preincubated with Purified Rat Anti-Mouse CD16/CD32 antibody Mouse BD Fc Block Cat. No. 553142 . The cells were then stained with BD Horizon BUV395 Rat Anti-Mouse CD8a Cat No. 563786 and APC Hamster Anti-Mouse CD11c Cat No. 550261 antibodies and with either PE Rat IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 553925; Dotted Line Histogram or PE Rat Anti-Mouse TREML4 antibody Cat. No. 568948/568949; Solid Line Histogram at 0.5 mug/test. DAPI 4,6-Diamidino-2-Phenylindole, Dihydrochloride Solution Cat. No. 564907 was added to cells right before analysis. The fluorescence histogram showing the expression of TREML4 or Ig Isotype control staining was derived from gated events with the forward and side light- scatter characteristics of viable DAPI-negative CD8a and CD11c positive leucocytes.
