Flow cytometric analysis of CD80 on stimulated mouse splenocytes. LPS-stimulated C57BL/6 splenocytes 48 hr were stained either with a PerCP-Cy5.5 Hamster IgG2, kappa isotype control shaded or with the PerCP-Cy5.5 Hamster Anti-Mouse CD80 antibody unshaded .
