Flow cytometric analysis of PerCP-Cy5.5 anti-human CD123 IL3-Ralpha on cells transfeced with human IL3-Ralpha cDNA. Cells transfected with human IL3-Ralpha cDNA were stained with either PerCP-Cy5.5 anti-CD123 clone 7G3, Cat. No. 558714, solid line or a PerCP-Cy5.5 mouse IgG2a isotype control Cat. No. 552577, dashed line and analyzed by flow cytometry. Flow cytometry was performed on a BD FACSCalibur System and the histograms were derived from the gated events based on light scattering characteristics of viable cells.
