Flow cytometric analysis of CD106 expression on TNF-alpha-stimulated HUVEC cell line. HUVEC cells were stimulated with Recombinant Human TNF Protein Cat. No. 554618; 20 ng/ml , then stained with either Purified Mouse IgG1 kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 555746; dashed line histogram or Purified Mouse Anti-Human CD106 Cat. No. 555645; solid line histogram , then FITC Goat Anti-Mouse IgG/IgM Cat. No. 555988 . Fluorescent histograms were derived from gated events with the side and forward light-scatter characteristics of viable cells. Flow cytometry was performed on a BD FACScan system.
