Flow cytometric analysis of CD16 expression on human peripheral blood lymphocytes . Peripheral blood cells from human were stained with Purified Mouse Anti-Human CD16 antibody Cat. No. 555617/550383/555404; solid line histogram or Purified Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 556648; dashed line histogram ; both samples were then stained with FITC Goat Anti-Mouse IgG/IgM Cat. No. 555988 . The erythrocytes were lysed with BD Pharm Lyse Lysing Buffer Cat. No. 555899 . The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable lymphocytes.
