Description

Immunohistochemical staining of human CD20 expressed by cells within human lymphoma tissue. Following antigen retrieval with BD Pharmingen Retrievagen A pH 6.0 Cat. No. 550524 solution, the sections from a formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human lymphoma were stained overnight with either Purified Mouse IgG2a, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 555571; Left Figure or Purified Mouse Anti-Human CD20 antibody Cat. No. 555677; Right Figure . A three-step staining procedure that employed Biotin Goat Anti-Mouse Ig Multiple Adsorption Cat. No. 550337 , Streptavidin HRP Cat No. 550946 , and DAB Substrate Kit Cat. No. 550880 was used to develop the primary staining reagents. Counter staining was with hematoxylin.
