Description

Flow cytometric analysis of NKG2D expression on human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Whole blood was stained with Purified Mouse Anti-Human NKG2D Cat. No. 552866 and APC Mouse Anti-Human CD3epsilon Cat. No. 558257 . Secondary staining was carried out using FITC Goat Anti-Mouse IgG/IgM Cat. No. 552866 , and erythrocytes were lysed using BD FACS Lysing Solution Cat. No. 349202 . The two-color fluorescent dot plot was derived from gated events using the side and forward light-scatter characteristics of viable lymphocytes.
