Flow cytometric analysis of CD34 expression on KG1a cell line. KG1a ATCC CCL-246.1 cells were stained with either Purified Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat No. 556648; dashed line histogram or Purified Mouse Anti-Human CD34 antibody Cat No. 568773; solid line histogram , followed by PE Goat Anti-Mouse Ig Multiple Adsorption Cat No. 550589 secondary antibody at 0.25 mug/test. The fluorescence histogram showing the expression of CD34 or Ig Isotype control staining was derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable DAPI-negative cells. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using a BD LSRFortessa X-20 Flow Cytometer System and FlowJo software. Data shown on this Technical Data Sheet are not lot specific.
