Description

Flow cytometric analysis of CD40 expression on human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Peripheral blood lymphocytes were stained with either Purified Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 555746; dashed line histogram or Purified Mouse Anti-Human CD40 Cat. No. 555587; solid line histogram , followed by FITC Goat Anti-Mouse IgG/IgM Cat. No. 555988 . Fluorescent histograms were derived from gated events with the side and forward light-scattering events of viable cells. Flow cytometry was performed on a BD FACScan system.
