Western blot analysis of PARP. Control lanes 1-3 and treated Jurkat lysates lanes 4-6 were probed with anti-PARP clone 7D3-6, Comp. No. 51-6639GR at concentrations of 2.0 lanes 1, 4 , 1.0 lanes 2, 5 , and 0.5 mug/ml lanes 3, 6 . Intact PARP is identified as a band of 116 kDa, and cleaved PARP as a band of 85 kDa.
