Western Blot analysis of NeuroD1 in human Retinoblastoma cell lysate. Lysate from Y79 cells ATCC, HTB-18 was probed with Purified Mouse Anti-NeuroD1 monoclonal antibody at titrations of 0.125 lane 1 , 0.06 lane 2 , and 0.03 mug/ml lane 3 . NeuroD1 is identified as a band of approximately 45 kDa. Immunoflourescent staining of NeuroD1 in mouse pancreatic tumor insulinoma cells. Beta-T-C6 cells ATCC, CRL-11506 were fixed with BD Cytofix Fixation Buffer Cat. No. 554655 , permeabilized with 0.1 % Triton X-100 Buffer, and stained with Purified Mouse Anti-NeuroD1 monoclonal antibody pseudo-colored green at 1.2 mug/mL. The second-step reagent was Alexa Fluor 488 goat anti-mouse Ig Life Technologies , and counter-staining was with DAPI pseudo-colored blue .
