Western Blot analysis of CD45 expression on peripheral blood of Rhesus macaque Macaca mulatta . Rhesus blood was stained with either Purified Mouse IgG1 kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 556648; lanes 1 and 4 , Purified Mouse Anti-NHP CD45 clone D058-1283; Cat. No. 552566; lanes 2 and 5 , or Purified Mouse Anti-Human CD45 clone TU116; lanes 3 and 6 . Samples either non-reduced and shown at 1 second exposure lanes 1-3 , or reduced and shown at 10 seconds exposure lanes 4-6 . Staining was visualized with FITC Goat Anti-Mouse IgG/IgM Cat. No. 555988 . Flow cytometric analysis of CD45 expression on peripheral blood of Rhesus macaque Macaca mulatta . Rhesus blood was stained with Purified Mouse Anti-NHP CD45 clone D058-1283 , followed by FITC Goat Anti-Mouse IgG/IgM. The dot plot depicting side scatter versus CD45 expression was derived from gated events with the side and forward light-scattering characteristics of viable cells.
