Description

Two-color analysis of CD24 expression on B-lineage cells in rat bone marrow. Cells flushed from Lewis femurs were stained with PE-conjugated anti-rat CD45R B-lymphocyte-specific mAb HIS24 Cat. no. 554881 and either purified isotype control mAb G155-228 Cat. no. 553472, left panel or purified mAb HIS50 right panel , followed by FITC-conjugated anti-mouse IgM mAb II/41 Cat. no. 553437 .
