Flow cytometric analysis of CD31 expression on rat splenic leukocytes. LEW splenocytes were stained with FITC Mouse Anti-Rat CD45RA Cat. No. 554883 and Purified Mouse Anti-Rat CD31 Cat. No. 555025; Right Panel , followed by Biotin Rat Anti-Mouse IgG1 Cat. No. 553441 and PE Streptavidin Cat. No. 554061 . Contour plots were derived from gated events with the side and forward light-scattering characteristics of viable splenocytes. Flow cytometry was performed on a BD FACScan system.
