Description

Western blot analysis of RORgammat expression by mouse thymocytes. Cell lysate was prepared from untreated C57BL/6 mouse thymus lanes 1-3 . The lysate was electrophoresed SDS-PAGE; approximately 12.5 mug of total cellular protein per lane , transferred to a PVDF membrane and then probed with Purified Mouse Anti-RORgammat antibody Clone O28-835; Cat. No. 562197 at concentrations of 1.25 lane 1 , 0.6 lane 2 , and 0.3 mug/ml lane 3 . Proteins were detected using HRP Goat Anti-Mouse Ig Cat. No. 554002 and a chemiluminescent detection system.
