No. 555329, right panel Jurkat cells were probed with purified mouse anti-SLP-76 pY128 monoclonal antibody at concentrations of 0.03125 lanes 1 and 4 , 0.0156 lanes 2 and 5 , and 0.0078 mug/ml lanes 3 and 6 .
