Two-color analysis of CD172a expression on bone-marrow myeloid cells. BALB/c bone-marrow leukocytes were stained with either purified rat IgG1 isotype control mAb left panel or purified mAb P84 right panel , followed by FITC-conjugated anti-rat IgG1 mAb RG11/39.4 Cat. No. 553892, both panels , then PE-conjugated anti-mouse CD11b Mac-1 mAb M1/70 Cat. No. 557397/553311 . Total viable leukocytes were selected by exclusion of propidium iodide.
