Two-color analysis of the expression of CD19 on mouse spleen B cells. BALB/c splenocytes were simultaneously stained with PE-conjugated mouse anti-mouse IgM a mAb DS-1 Cat. No. 553517 and either purified rat IgG2a, kappa isotype control mAb R35-95 Cat. No. 553927, left panel or purified rat anti-mouse CD19 mAb 1D3 right panel . The staining of primary antibody was detected with FITC-conjugated goat anti-rat Ig Cat. No. 554016 . Flow cytometry was performed on a BD FACScan flow cytometry system.
