Description

Analysis of Stat5 pY694 in in human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Whole blood was either left untreated unshaded or treated shaded with 100 ng/ml final concentration of BD Pharmingen Recombinant Human IL-2 Cat. No. 554903 for 15 minutes at 37C. The samples were lysed and fixed with 1X BD Phosflow Lyse/Fix buffer Cat. No. 558049 for 10 minutes at 37C, permeabilized BD Phosflow Perm Buffer III, Cat. No. 558050 on ice for 30 minutes and were then stained with PE-CY7 anti-Stat5 pY694, Cat. No. 560117 . For data analysis, lymphocytes were selected by scatter profile.
