Analysis of Stat1 pY701 in human peripheral blood monocytes. Peripheral blood mononuclear cells PBMC were either left unstimulated unshaded or stimulated shaded with 100 ng/ml final concentration BD Pharmingen Recombinant Human IFNgamma Cat.
