BD PhosflowTM RB780 Mouse Anti-Akt (pT308)

Description

Flow cytometric analysis of Akt pT308 expression in activated Mouse NIH/3T3 cells. Cells from the Mouse NIH/3T3 Embryonic fibroblast, ATCC CRL-1658 cell line were serum starved overnight and were either stimulated with Recombinant Human Platelet-Derived Growth Factor-BB protein Corning; Cat. No. 356051 at 37 C for 30 minutes filled histogram or left unstimulated open histogram in culture. The cells were fixed with BD Phosflow Fix Buffer I Cat. No. 557870 at 37 C for 10 minutes, permeabilized in BD Phosflow Perm Buffer III Cat. No. 558050 on ice for at least 30 minutes, washed twice with Stain Buffer FBS Cat. No. 554656 and stained with BD Phosflow RB780 Mouse Anti-Akt pT308 antibody Cat. No. 570801/570877 .
