Description

Bisindolylmaleimide XI Hydrochlorided6 is the isotope labelled analog of Bisindolylmaleimide XI Hydrochloride B448530 ; a potent and selective cellpermeable protein kinase C PKC inhibitor. Studies reveal that inhibition of PKCa by Bisindolylmaleimide XI and other similar PKC inhibitors has been associated with enhanced cardiac contractility and protection from heart failure. Bisindolylmaleimide XI has been shown to prevent Tcell activation and proliferation associated with chronic inflammatory responses in vivo.
