Bu-1a Antibody 21-1A4 is a mouse monoclonal IgG 1 Bu-1a antibody provided at 100 Amug/ml raised against bursal cells from one day old H.B15 Bu-1a/b/b strain avian recommended for detection of Bu-1a on bursal cells, thymocytes, spleen cells and peripheral blood cells of avian origin by IP, IF and FCM; non cross-reactive with cells from CHA and H.B15 strains by immunofluorescence available conjugated to phycoerythrin for IF, IHC P and FCM At present, we have not yet completed the identification of the preferred secondary detection reagent s for Bu-1a Antibody 21-1A4 .
