Bu-1b Antibody 5-11G2 is a mouse monoclonal IgG 1 provided at 100 Amug/ml raised against bursal cells from 2- to 5-week-old CHA Bu1b strain avians recommended for detection of Bu-1b of avian origin by IP, IF and FCM; non cross-reactive with cells from CHA and H.B15Ab strains available conjugated to phycoerythrin for IF, IHC P and FCM At present, we have not yet completed the identification of the preferred secondary detection reagent s for Bu-1b Antibody 5-11G2 .
