c-Kit/N938A Stable Ba/F3 Cell Line

Description

c-Kit/N938A-expressing Ba/F3 cells with GNNK- isoform has a N-to-A mutation at position 938, which results in reduced Cbl phosphorylation however, this mutation does not affect the activation of Src family kinases. The GNNK- isoform is the outcome of the c-Kit gene alternative splicing sites, resulting in different isoforms of the the tetrapeptide GNNK, and is the main transcript found in human malignancies.
