Description

C2C12 Cells GFP1-10 Clone was established through transfection of retrovirus vector to carry the first to the tenth beta-strands of GFP pQCXIP EF-GFP110 . The cells express GFP once myofusion occurs. It is a valuable tool along with the C2C12 Cells GFP11 Clone Cat. No. T8004 as they function as a split GFP-based assay to evaluate compounds that promote myofusion and myogensis, and to study the diseases related to muscle loss such as muscle atrophy.
