Description

C2C12 Cells GFP11 Clone was established through transfection of retrovirus vector to carry the eleventh beta-strand of GFP fused to the c-terminus of FLAG-14-3-3 pQCXIP EF-FLAG-14-3-3-GFP11 . The cells express GFP once myofusion occurs. It is a valuable tool along with the C2C12 Cells GFP1-10 Clone Cat. No. T8003 as they function as a split GFP-based assay to evaluate compounds that promote myofusion and myogensis, and to study the diseases related to muscle loss such as muscle atrophy.
