CAMPYLOBACTER SUPPLEMENT-IV (Preston)

Description

Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 5 ml of 50% aqueous acetone. Mix well and aseptically add it to 475 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C) TM 603 – CAMPYLOBACTER ENRICHMENT BROTH BASE (PRESTON ENRICHMENT BROTH BASE) / TM 956 – CAMPYLOBACTER ENRICHMENT AGAR BASE (PRESTON ENRICHMENT AGAR BASE) / TM 1590 – PRESTON AGAR BASE / TMV 1590 – PRESTON AGAR BASE (VEG.) alongwith 25 ml sterile, lysed horse blood. Mix well and dispense into sterile tubes / petri plates.
