CD83 Antibody 4B5 is a rat monoclonal IgG 2a provided at 200 Amug/ml raised against the extracellular domain of CD83 of human origin recommended for detection of CD83 of human origin by WB, IP, IF and FCM available conjugated to either phycoerythrin or FITC for IF, IHC P and FCM See CD83 D-3 : sc-55536 for CD83 antibody conjugates, including AC, HRP, FITC, PE, Alexa Fluor A 488, 594, 647, 680 and 790. At present, we have not yet completed the identification of the preferred secondary detection reagent s for CD83 Antibody 4B5 . This work is in progress.
