The upper half has Cefepime + Clavulanic acid with a highest concentration tapering downwards and capable of showing IC values in the range of 0.064-4, whereas lower half is similarly coated with Cefepime concentration gradient in reverse direction to show IC values in the range of 0.25 - 16.
