Chlorogenic acid butyl ester inhibits the expression of microphtalmia-associated transcription factor MITF , tyrosinase, tyrosinerelated protein 1 TRP-1 , and TRP-2. Chlorogenic acid butyl ester also shows antioxidant activity.
