Description

CHO-F is a suspension-adapted Chinese Hamster Ovary CHO cell line developed from CHO-ES for high-efficiency recombinant protein expression. CHO-F cells demonstrate robust growth in serum-free suspension culture and are suitable for both transient and stable expression of recombinant antibodies and proteins. The cell line is readily scalable from small-volume shake flasks to bioreactor systems while maintaining consistent growth and viability. For optimal transfection efficiency in CHO-F cells, Susfectin Transfection Reagent G4000 is recommended. Susfectin has been validated for use with suspension CHO cells and supports high expression levels in transfection workflows.
