cis-Miyabenol C is an isomer of the resveratrol trimer Miyabenol C, which can be isolated from grape herbs. Miyabenol C is an inhibitor of ?-amyloid A? and amyloid ? precursor protein APP in Alzheimers disease model mice, and inhibit ?-secretase activity without changing the protein level of ?-secretase BACE1.
