CKR-9 Antibody 9B1 is a rat monoclonal IgG 2a provided at 200 Amug/ml raised against a peptide corresponding to amino acids 1-25 mapping to the N-terminus of CKR-9 of mouse origin recommended for detection of CKR-9 from neonatal thymus, spleen, mesenteric lymph nodes and small intestinal lamina propria of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP and FCM available conjugated to either phycoerythrin or FITC for IF, IHC P and FCM also provided azide-free for blocking TECK CCL25 -induced Ca ++ release from L1.2-mCKR9 cells, sc-53994 L, 200 Amug/0.1 ml At present, we have not yet completed the identification of the preferred secondary detection reagent s for CKR-9 Antibody 9B1 .
